Dr. Sherry Meadows is a licensed psychologist who helps children, adolescents, adults, and their families adapt successfully at home and school. As a counseling psychologist she is unique in her attention both to normal developmental issues and to problems associated with social, emotional, and mental disorders. As your psychologist Dr. Meadows will provide you with a highly personalized level of care. She offers flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Dr. Meadows offers a variety of educational presentations concerning mental health, covering a spectrum of topics, including how to parent with confident authority, tools for managing young children, understanding adolescence, and more.
In addition to her psychology background, Dr. Meadows is a licensed teacher in the state of Colorado. Prior to establishing her psychotherapy practice, Dr. Meadows launched an alternative high school program for Colorado students. With her specialized background of psychology and education, Dr. Meadows provides specialized educational services for at-risk and special needs populations to support academic success.
Dr. Meadows is the author of "What is So Great About Me?" This book was written with the intention of assisting children about to enter adolescence, teenagers in the early stages of adolescence, and their parents in figuring out what teenagers experience and how to help them successfully “swim to shore.” It is arranged to give parents a way to talk more comfortably with their teenagers and teenagers a chance to learn about themselves through their parents’ knowledge and experience.
